Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our studio in Cinnaminson, NJ, via UPS. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, transit times typically range from 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays. During peak seasons or special launches, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include tracking when available. Once a package has been marked as delivered, Just A Sniff LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address entries, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
