All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We take great care to inspect and package each item prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jasscented@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the damage. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note: Our body care products are formulated with high-quality ingredients. However, individual sensitivities may vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a patch test prior to full use. Just A Sniff LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.
